Dispute Resolution Skills Training for FOIA Professionals

Are you an agency FOIA professional who is interested in learning more about how to prevent and resolve disputes with requesters or colleagues? If so, we encourage you to participate in OGIS's FOIA Dispute Resolution Skills Training. This training, which we present in collaboration with the Department of Justice's Office of Information and Policy (OIP), provides principles and techniques to agency FOIA professionals to help prevent and resolve disputes in the FOIA process.
