Photo Specifications for U.S. Visas
-Photos must measure 5 x 5 cm (2 inches by 2 inches) with facial dimensions between 2.5 cm and 3.5 cm from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin, have been taken within the last 6 months, and meet the following specifications
-If a headscarf is worn, the hairline must be showing as in the picture below.
-Photos must be printed on white background
-Colored or patterned backgrounds are unacceptable.
-Photos must NOT be digitally altered to remove imperfections or change skin tone or color. Any photos that have been retouched will be rejected and the applicant will be instructed to obtain new ones.
