Public Diplomacy
About the Public Diplomacy Section
The Public Diplomacy Section (PD) is responsible for media, cultural and educational affairs. PD informs members of the news media and the Paraguayan public about the United States, its society, culture and government, and facilitates contacts between the U.S. and Paraguayan citizens through various exchange programs.
The Information Resource Center (IRC) provides information to alumni of U.S. Government exchange programs, Paraguayan Government officials, researchers and professionals.
