The Hampton VA Medical Center has established direct telephone numbers to assist you in changing or canceling your appointment. Our goal is to provide you with outstanding customer service and to use the appointment you changed for your fellow veterans.
If you have received a Call Reminder letter stating that you need to make an appointment, please call the Hampton VA Medical Center Centralized Scheduling at (757) 726-6070, (757) 728-3188 or (757)728-3130.
Changing Your Appointment or Canceling Your Appointments
Keeping your medical appointments is an important part of maintaining your health. However, we understand there are times when circumstances prevent you from keeping your appointment.
If you cannot keep an existing appointment and wish to reschedule, please call Centralized Scheduling at (757) 726-6070, (757) 728-3188, or (757)728-3130 during normal business hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm.
If you cannot keep an existing appointment and want to cancel and not reschedule, please contact (757)728-7004 during normal business hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm.
If you are calling to cancel an appointment during other than normal business hours, 4:30 pm to 7:30 am, please call the Cancellation Line at (757) 728-7006. Centralized Scheduling staff will contact you the next business day to reschedule.
