The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is requesting comments regarding its request for World Trade Organization consultations with Argentina on certain measures imposed by the Argentine government on the importation of certain goods.
Measures include Argentina’s non-automatic import license requirements on many textile, apparel, footwear and travel goods products. Comments should be submitted on or before September 28, 2012; however, comments will be accepted during the course of the dispute settlement proceedings.
