The Greater Kansas City
Federal Information Council

The Federal Information Council has been helping congressional office staff and federal public information officers better serve the Kansas City federal community for more than 30 years. The group is designed to provide a communication link between federal agencies, local news media outlets and local government offices. All friends and colleagues are welcome. There are many benefits to the partnerships we form. While some of our members are full-time public information officers, many perform the duties as an extra duty at their offices, are internal communication specialists, and sometimes just fill-ins. We welcome all communicators, no matter what your title. Our biggest benefit is helping you do your job better.
