Next Steps

At the end of your interview, the Consular Officer will tell you about the status of your case.

If your visa is approved: Congratulations! The next steps:

• You may pick up your passport and visa the following Tuesday or Thursday at 1.30 p.m. at the Embassy.  Remember to bring your pink ticket with you to gain access to the embassy.  
• Visit the Department of Homeland Security site to learn about the inspection process when you arrive at a U.S. port of entry. 
• Enjoy your visit to the United States.

• Refused because we need more information
• Refused pending administrative processing
