The American Reference Center at the U.S. Embassy in Wellington issues two regular publications:

• Spotlight
  A monthly digest of scholarly and mainstream articles available online on topics such as International Relations, Environment, Democracy, Economic, National Security, Global, Social and Cultural issues.
• E-Spotlite
  An occasional series of webliographies on specific, topical subjects like "Elections 2012", "U.S.-China/Taiwan Relations", "Emissions Trading and Greenhouse Gases", "Think Tanks and Foreign Policy," etc.

eJournal USA is a monthly electronic journal available in multiple languages about U.S. foreign affairs,  U.S. society and culture. This publication is produced by the U.S. Department of State, current and previous issues can be viewed online or downloaded as pdf files.
