The show interviews Dr. Geraldine Nagy, Director of the Travis County, TX, Community Supervision and Corrections Department (Adult Probation) and Pretrial Services. Dr. Nagy implemented new supervision and treatment techniques that resulted in reduced rearrests and technical violations. This is the fifth in a series of programs recorded during the summer of 2009 focusing on evidence-based practices or “what works”.
