Appointment System

The American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit of the U.S. Consulate General in St. Petersburg has introduced an Appointment System for all services, including passport renewals (and passport extra pages), Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, notarial services, and other  inquiries. Please make your appointment before you visit the Consular Section. 

For emergency services, call the Consulate at +7 (812) 331-2600 and ask for American Citizen Services. 

Please note that if you are coming to the Consulate for notarials, Social Security benefits, voting assistance services, or other services not otherwise listed, please choose "Request notarial and other services not listed above."

The American Citizen Services unit does not handle inquiries regarding Russian citizens applying for U.S. tourist visas.  Please see the Consulate's information on visas (http://stpetersburg.usconsulate.gov/visas.html) instead. 

If you are an American Citizen inquiring about marriage to a foreign citizen or immigrant visas for non-American relatives, please visit U.S. Embassy Moscow's immigrant visa website (http://moscow.usembassy.gov/ivisas.html) instead.

Only customers with appointments will be admitted into the Consular Section. Appointments may be made at any time via the link below.  Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons, and Wednesday mornings.
