The Embassy’s Consular Section is located at Kentmanni 20 in Tallinn, only a short walk from Tallinn’s Old Town.  We provide routine services to American citizens on each working day from 9 am – 12 noon, and 2 pm – 5 pm.  The Embassy building is open from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm on regular business days.  The Embassy is closed on U.S. federal holidays and certain Estonian holidays.

For assistance after hours with an emergency involving an American citizen, please call the Embassy's "duty officer" at 509-2129 (if calling from the United States, start by dialing 011-372-, and if calling from most other countries, begin by dialing 00-372-).

We strongly encourage American citizens to make an appointment with us for routine services to ensure that we are available to serve you promptly.  To request an appointment, please contact us via telephone or e-mail (see below).
