This Web site is not intended to solicit contributions but to provide the American public with information on methods by which citizens, organizations, and corporations can contribute cash or goods and services to benefit Soldiers and their Families. For contributions to morale, welfare, recreation programs over $10,000 or offers of goods and services, please contact the Morale, Welfare, Recreation Gift Program Manager at usarmy.jbsa.imcom-hq.mbx.mwr-gifts@mail.mil.

Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs process general unsolicited contributions in the form of goods, services or money for use in Army Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs. These programs support the following—
  • child care centers
  • youth activities
  • recreation centers
  • libraries
  • sports programs
  • craft shops
  • outdoor recreation
  • Family Readiness Groups
  • Exceptional Family Member Programs
  • Army Community Services
  • Army Family Team Building Forums
  • Soldier and Family Assistance Centers

One hundred percent of all contributions to the Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs are used to benefit Soldiers and their Families. No part of a contribution is used to offset administration expenses. To make an online contribution, click here.


Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs process general unsolicited contributions in the form of goods, services or money for use in Army Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs.

There are several ways to specify your contribution's use for Morale, Welfare, and Recreation programs.

Examples include:

Donor Value Intended Use
Organization $2,000 Support the 2008 Soldier and Family Appreciation Day at Fort Stewart.
Private Citizen $250 Support the library program by purchasing new computers for Army installations in the State of North Carolina.
Organization $5,000 Support Family Readiness Groups across the Army.
Private Citizen $100 Support child development programs at Fort Sam Houston.
Private Citizen $500 Unconditional support of any Army Soldier and Family Program.
