The Oakland Behavioral Health Clinic
provides a full range of mental health and substance abuse treatment services including, including treatment for drug and alcohol-related dependencies, medication management, methadone maintenance, individual and group therapy.
The clinic also manages a Homeless Outreach Program and
a Compensated Work Therapy Program.

From Martinez
Take CA-4 East toward Stockton. Merge onto I-680 South toward San Jose. Merge onto CA-24 West toward Oakland/Lafayette. CA-24 West becomes I-980 West. Take the 27th Street exit toward West Grand Avenue. Turn left on West Grand. Turn right onto Telegraph. Turn right onto Thomas L. Berkley Way (20th Street); right onto San Pablo; and then right onto 21st Street. The clinic will be on your right about half way down the block.
From Vallejo
Take I-80 West toward Oakland. Take the I-880 South exit toward Alameda/Airport/San Jose. Merge onto West Grand Avenue and follow West Grand to Telegraph. Turn right onto Telegraph. Turn right onto Thomas L. Berkley Way (20th Street); turn right onto San Pablo; and then right onto 21st Street. The clinic will be on your right about half way down the block.
From San Jose
Take US-101 North toward San Francisco. Merge onto I-880 North toward Oakland. Take I-980 East towward CA-24/Walnut Creek. Take the 17th Street exit toward San Pablo Avenue. Turn left on San Pablo Avenue. Turn right on West Grand Avenue. Turn right onto Telegraph. Turn right onto Thomas L. Berkley Way (20th Street); turn right onto San Pablo; and then right onto 21st Street. The clinic will be on your right about half way down the block.
