Ex-Im Online

Effective December 8, 2012 the Electronic Claim Filing System (ECFS)
will be retired and will be replaced by a claim filing function within
the Ex-Im Online system. Some of the new features of the new claim
filing system include the capability to:
- Start a claim application, save and submit at a later date – "Continue a Saved Claim"
- Attach supporting documentation to the claim application which will be memorialized with the application
- Generate a claim summary with assigned claim # for tracking and reference purposes
- Check claim status while claim is being reviewed/processed in-house

Ex-Im Online is an interactive, web-based process that now allows exporters, brokers and financial institutions to transact with Ex-Im Bank electronically in the following ways:
- Apply online
- Report shipments
- Monitor the status of your application
- Obtain buyer approvals
- Receive and accept quotes
- Request policy amendments
