Joel Health and Dental Clinic, located in the 1st Corps Support Command Area, is a 26-chair dental clinic co-located with a troop medical clinic (TMC), and a soldier readiness processing center. Joel is staffed by military, civilian and contract personnel.

The clinic is named after Medal of Honor recipient, SPC Lawrence Joel, a Medical Aidman serving with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion (Airborne), 503d Infantry, (173d Airborne Brigade) on a battlefield in the Republic of Vietnam.
