PCM Assignment
You will be assigned a Primary Care Manager (PCM) once you become effective in TRICARE Prime.
If you have enrolled in TRICARE Prime and requested your PCM to be at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, you can call 915 569-CARE (2273) or 1 888 874-9378 for the name of your assigned PCM.
WBAMC places all adult family members (18 years an d older) in the Adult Primary Care clinic. All adolescence and children are placed in the Pediatric/Adolescent clinic. All Fort Bliss Active Duty go to the Solider and Family Medical Clinic (SFMC) on Fort Bliss.
