The Gulfood Show is an annual show that has grown to become one of the world's largest food and equipment shows. Since 2007, Dubai World Trade Center has been responsible for organizing the USA Pavilion. The 2012 Gulfood show featuring 127 U.S. exhibitors was the largest ever USA pavilion at the show. They reported a record $60 million in on-site sales, introduced 1,683 new products, made 4,042 serious contacts and reported projected one-year sales of $322 million.
The 2013 Gulfood will feature 181 booths with 126 exhibitors, displaying a wide range of U.S. products inside the USA Pavilion.
In recent years, the show has attracted exhibitors and attendees from the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
