Babil PRT Hosts Independence Day Reception for Iraqi Guests

A broad range of approximately 120 Iraqi contacts from government, civil society and the media attended Babil PRT's annual reception to celebrate the anniversary of American independence. The Governor of the province, Salman Al-Zargany, attended the reception, and in his remarks praised the PRT for its efforts in assisting the provincial government to improve the lives of Babil's citizens. Other Iraqi speakers included PCC Sabah Abood Hassan and Babil Chief of Police MG Fadhil Raddad al-Sultani. The reception was successful and served to reinforce the ties between the PRT and the local government.
