The Second Regular Session of the 2011-2012 biennium of the North Carolina General Assembly convened on May 16, 2012 and adjourned on July 3, 2012. The Regular Session of the 2013-2014 biennium will convene on January 9, 2013 solely to elect officers, adopt rules, and otherwise organize the session, and upon adjournment will reconvene on January 30, 2013. |
