The Fermilab Mentoring Network
FermiLINK, Fermilab’s mentoring system, provides opportunities for employees and users to seek guidance regarding their continued professional development.
By providing access to a network of successful Fermilab professionals with institutional and professional knowledge, Fermilab management hopes to foster a climate that encourages individuals to reach their full potential.
Mentees can confidentially contact and establish mentoring relationships with trained volunteer mentors who can advise mentees on a wide range of organizational, workplace and career issues and concerns.
