Equal Opportunity & Diversity Office
The Equal Opportunity and Diversity Office is a resource and guide for the entire Fermi community. The office provides assistance to Fermilab managers to enhance minority recruitment, counsel employees, train staff and develop community partnerships as they relate to Equal Opportunity & Diversity. The Office also works with employees to resolve internal complaints and is the liaison between the Laboratory and enforcement agencies to resolve externally filed complaints. FNAL's Diversity Council and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) reside in the Equal Opportunity Office.
