NoFear act

As a Bureau under the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), OSM's NoFear Act is published on DOI's website. OSM complies with the No Fear Act requirements, closely monitors agency EEO and whistleblower complaint activity and acts expeditiously to resolve complaints at the administrative level when it is appropriate to do so.
