Lineage. Constituted as Sub Depot, Deridder, on 27 Aug 1942. Activated on 1 Sep 1942. Redesignated as 322 Sub Depot on 3 Sep 1942. Disbanded on 1 May 1944. Reconstituted, redesignated as 322 Expeditionary Services Squadron, and converted to provisional status, on 21 Mar 2003. Redesignated as 322 Expeditionary Force Support Squadron on 17 Mar 2011.
 
Assignments. Air Service Command, 1 Sep 1942; Mobile Air Department Control Area Command, 1 Apr 1943; Third Air Force, 1 Jan-1 May 1944. United States Air Forces in Europe to activate or inactivate at any time on or after 21 Mar 2003.
