Lineage. Constituted as 19 Surveillance Squadron and activated on 1 Nov 1966. Organized on 1 Jan 1967. Redesignated as 19 Space Surveillance Squadron on 15 May 1992. Inactivated on 16 Jun 1997. Redesignated as 19 Space Operations Squadron on 1 May 2000. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 2000.
