Lineage. Constituted as 33 Base Service Squadron, Fighter, Jet, on 14 Jun 1948. Activated on 1 Aug 1948. Inactivated on 10 Mar 1950. Disbanded on 9 Aug 1950. Reconstituted, redesignated as 633 Contracting Squadron, and activated, on 1 Apr 1992. Inactivated on 1 Oct 1994. Activated on 7 Jan 2010.
 
Assignments. 33 Air Base Group, 1 Aug 1948-10 Mar 1950 (attached to 509 Bombardment Wing, entire period). 633 Logistics Group, 1 April 1992-1 Oct 1994. 633 Mission Support Group, 7 Jan 2010-.
