Report of Death of an Amcit Abroad
- U.S. passport of the deceased;
- Original copy of the U.S. birth certificate or Certificate of Naturalization;
- Original copy of the Iranian death certificate, together with its official
English translation which should be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs;
- Canceled Iranian birth certificate of the deceased, in which the data on the
death is entered, together with its official English translation which should
be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Iranian passport;
- Social Security card (if the card is not available, you should provide the
number).
