 Chief Master Sergeant Gregg Jones is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 353rd Special Operations Group, Kadena Air Base, Japan. He serves as principal advisor to the commander on all matters affecting the health, morale, welfare, professional development and combat readiness of 750 enlisted personnel.
Additionally, Chief Jones is responsible for five squadrons and a group staff supporting all U.S. Air Force special operations forces throughout the Pacific theater by providing combat-ready special tactics forces, MC-130 Combat Talon II and Combat Shadow aircraft.

Commander 
Colonel Brad M. Sullivan is the Commander, 353rd Special Operations Group (SOG), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). As commander of the 353rd SOG, Colonel Sullivan is triple-hatted as the Commander of Air Force Special Operations Forces (COMAFSOF) and the Combined Joint Special Operations Air Component (CJSOAC) Commander for both Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and Korea (SOCKOR). 
Colonel Brent P. Markowski is the Deputy Commander of the 353rd Special Operations Group, Kadena Air Base, Japan.
