Our mission is to provide, high quality outpatient primary care to the Soldiers, family members and enrolled retirees of the 82nd Airborne Division.

(Limited appointments and services are available Wednesday afternoons during staff training. Please call the clinic for more information if needed)
The clinic is closed on all Federal Holidays and Womack Training Holidays.
Drill Sergeant/Recruiter/Sniper evaluations every Wednesday at 1300 (paperwork with signature from Command needs to be filled out prior).
Chapter evaluations done every Tuesday Morning @ 0730 (paperwork with signature from Command needs to be filled out prior).
Command Directed Mental Health Evaluations (CDMHE) are scheduled after Commander talks (telephone) with one of the Doctor Level Behavioral Health providers in the clinic.
