Dermatology Clinic

BLDG 576 Jefferson Ave, First Floor, Fort Eustis, VA 23604 Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of dermatological diseases. The clinic provides both medical and surgical services, ultraviolet light therapy and cutaneous laser therapy. Active duty service members, family members of active duty, and retired service members and their family members that are enrolled in TRICARE Prime and or TRICARE Plus with an electronic referral to Dermatology Clinic from their primary care physician. 0700-1630 M-Tu,Th

Surgeries are performed on Wednesday afternoons and laser procedures are performed on Thursday afternoons
Call the Hampton Roads Appt Center at 1-866-645-4584 at least 2 days after your Primary Care Provider has entered a referral into the electronic referral system. Their hours are 0600-2100 M-F, 0700-1530 Sa-Su and Holidays. Follow-up and procedure appointments will be booked through the clinic.

Children not being seen by the Dermatologist or the Dermatology Technician are not permitted in the clinic. Examinations are done only with the scheduled patient in the room. Due to safety, only the patient being seen should be present for the appointment.
