Cultural Attaché Opens "Lecture Performance" Exhibit

On Saturday, January 23, Cultural Attaché Susan Delja, along with Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art Branislava Andjelkovic Dimitrijevic, and Ms. Jutta Gerig from the Goethe Institute in Belgrade, opened the "Lecture Performance" exhibit at the Belgrade House of Heritage. Among the artists were represented three U.S. lecture performers: Martha Rosler, Pinky Show, and Dan Graham. In her remarks, Mrs. Delja said, "The U.S. Embassy in Serbia is delighted to support American artists and ideas at international cultural events in Serbia."
The exhibit will be available for public viewing until February 24th, 2010 at the House of Legionnaires, Knez Mihailova 46.
