Training Overview
ATRRS training is
available in multiple ways; dependent upon a user's need and situation. We offer opportunities
for training onsite, online, and through our guides and help desks.
Resident ATRRS-101 Class
Our ATRRS-101 class introduces new users to ATRRS and quickly provides them practical experience. The class
comprises approximately eight hours of instruction and provides a global overview of ATRRS and its mission,
along with hands-on experience of basic ATRRS operations and functions. Training classes are held monthly
in Fairfax, Virginia. To register for ATRRS-101, call the ATRRS Help Desk at (703) 695-2060.
On-site and ATRRS-201 Classes
On-site classes, including ATRRS-201, are also available. These generally require a minimum number of students
and a computer equipped training facility with internet access. The content of ATRRS-201 is customized to the
needs of attendees and agreed with our customer before training begins. Note that the cost of travel to a
customer site is typically the responsibility of the organization that requests the training. To request an
ATRRS-201 class or other on-site training call the ATRRS Help Desk at (703) 695-2060.
