American Diplomatic Mission in Egypt Leaps to 2nd Most Facebook Fans of U.S. Diplomatic Missions Worldwide

The American diplomatic mission in Egypt has now attracted over 62,000 Facebook fans, the second highest number of any U.S. diplomatic mission worldwide.
Facebook pages of the U.S. Mission in Egypt include the U.S. Embassy in Cairo page and the StudyUSA page about educational opportunities in the U.S., among others.
Credit for the vitality of the U.S. diplomatic mission in Egypt’s Facebook pages goes to the thousands of Egyptians who log on every week to engage in active policy discussions, comment on videos about U.S. partnerships with Egypt, and provide insightful input to the Embassy. The Embassy looks forward to continuing to engage with Egyptians through Facebook.
