Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices (OSC)

The OSC is available to answer your questions about unfair immigration-related employment practices and discrimination against workerson the basis of a worker’s citizenship or immigration status, or based on the worker’s national origin, including discrimination in the Form I-9 process. OSC’s website provides information on how to prevent discrimination, how to file a complaint against an employer and answers to frequently asked questions.
