Voting From Outside the US
Extensive information about absentee registration and voting appears on the Federal Voting Assistance Program's (FVAP) website. Information is also available from the Voting Assistance Officer in the American Citizen Services Section of the U.S. Consulate in Nuevo Laredo. Consular personnel have information for each of the states, can assist you in completing the registration materials if you need it, and can mail in your registration forms and your sealed ballots.
