Biomarkers and Screening Working Group

Purpose: Ongoing population-based studies and infrastructures may be a source of high-quality specimens and data for research on the use of biomarkers in screening programs. The Biomarkers Work Group is interested in the collection and validation of biomarkers at the population level and the possible applications of biomarkers in organized screening programs.

Activities: This working group is developing projects to identify resources for biomarkers and validation at the population level for the application of biomarkers in organized screening programs.
