We struggle with this problem every day in the United States. 18% of women in the U.S. have survived a rape; of these, 12% were younger than age 12 when they were first raped.

As I have come to learn, even before Day 1 of the exercise, all the of the planning, coordination, communication, transportation, and support just to get ready for the training is a training exercise in itself.
