Information Handbook

- Effective July 1, 2002, the search and review rates for processing
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests within the Department
of Defense increased at the recommendation of the General
Accounting Office (GAO). Clerical fees will be $20.00 per hour and
professional fees will be $44.00 per hour. For additional
