Computational Genomics

We are an integrated and interdisciplinary group using molecular genetics, genomics, and computational biology to understand how the genome is differentially deployed to generate female and male Drosophila. The successful applicant will be a recent Ph.D. with strong computer skills, a collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills. Demonstrated computational expertise is required. Experience at the wet-bench or in the fly room is advantageous, but not required.
