West Douglas Emergency Wild Horse Gather

Closures associated with Texas Mountain in the West Douglas Herd Area have been lifted effective immediately.

Fire restrictions are no longer in affect for BLM lands in the White River Field Office unless otherwise noted.  However, the BLM encourages those wishing to burn to use EXTREME caution.  The recent drought created very hazardous fire conditions and those responsible for wildland fires will be held accountable.
