Lineage. Established as 68 Tactical Air Support Group on 2 Dec 1969. Activated on 15 Jan 1970. Inactivated on 15 Jun 1974. Redesignated 368 Tactical Air Support Group on 31 Jul 1985. Redesignated 368 Expeditionary Air Support Operations Group, and converted to provisional status, on 12 Feb 2009.
