    i hope someone at the fda will verify that for a digital person scale its 70 calories per .1 for a total of ten per 1lb. 140 calories or 16 wheat thins would put you at .2 lbs per serving, 80 wheat thins likely weighs 1lb wich is what you would gain from eating 80 wheat thins. people should not be afraid to bring a foldable chair, snack food and a fluid and take rest breaks and normalize bloodpressure levels and energy levels when fatigued doing cardio.hope this helps someone, cheers.

    what your food weighs is the weight you gain when eating something or drinking, if you do not give enough time to drop mealweight, keep stacking on that weight. if you want to watch your weight blow up like a balloon drink 2-3 cups of water an hour and eat normaly. dehydration situations and medical conditions likely cause people to retain water more readily than others.

    most people are simply not getting enough walking. people need to keep thier meals small, walk after a meal enough to reduce mealweight putting 3-4 hours between meals unless fatigued. do not do cardio when fatigued, its healthy to maintain your bodyweight/energy levels and drop a little at a time. fatigue is a sign you have low bloodpressure, people die of starvation because thier bloodpressure lowers to the point coma sets. weather, posture, clothing all can speed and slow weight loss.

    you may verify that 700 calories = 1lb bodyweight increase not 3500 by eating a double quarter pounder with cheese and weighing yourself before and after. you will see you gain 1lb per burger verifying this. also water and fluid values are not matching weight yield.water causes weight gain at 1/2 lb per cup it is not zero calories. i have zero medical conditions or health problems, im convinced this is medical overlook.

    incorrect caloric figures and gathering techniques are largley in my opinion responsible for obesity levels. whomever comming up with caloric scales, i assume its the fda, is not weighing people before and after eating food items, including fluids.
