Guidelines for the OHR Website Slideshow

If you would like to include a slide on the OHR slideshow, please:

  1. Fill out the  NIH Access Only .
  2. Remember to completely fill out all four sections of the OHR Slideshow Form:
    1. Headline text,
    2. Description text,
    3. A valid URL,
    4. and an image.
  3. Submit your request to the Information Management Team by attaching the completed form and image to:
    1. A WiTS ticket  NIH Access Only , or
    2. Submit a web form help desk ticket: http://intrahr.od.nih.gov/helpdeskform.htm  NIH Access Only, or
    3. Email to the OHR Webmaster.

Requests for new slides will take 1 to 4 business days to complete. If the Information Management Team is creating your image, please allow an additional 2 business days.

Acceptable slides for the OHR slideshow needs to meet one of the following criteria.

Slides to be used to:

  • advertise upcoming HR events
  • advertise new or current HR policies
  • advertise new HR sites, or bring attention to existing under-utilized sites
  • highlight new HR systems or bring attention to existing under-utilized systems

Technical Specifications

  • There is no fee to advertise
  • The slide must be created with a high-resolution image
  • The slide will need to link to a page providing more information about the slide
