Guidelines for the OHR Website Slideshow
If you would like to include a slide on the OHR slideshow, please:
- Fill out the .
- Remember to completely fill out all four sections of the OHR Slideshow Form:
- Headline text,
- Description text,
- A valid URL,
- and an image.
- Submit your request to the Information Management Team by attaching the completed form and image to:
- A WiTS ticket , or
- Submit a web form help desk ticket: http://intrahr.od.nih.gov/helpdeskform.htm , or
- Email to the OHR Webmaster.
Requests for new slides will take 1 to 4 business days to complete. If the Information Management Team is creating your image, please allow an additional 2 business days.
Acceptable slides for the OHR slideshow needs to meet one of the following criteria.
Slides to be used to:
- advertise upcoming HR events
- advertise new or current HR policies
- advertise new HR sites, or bring attention to existing under-utilized sites
- highlight new HR systems or bring attention to existing under-utilized systems
Technical Specifications
- There is no fee to advertise
- The slide must be created with a high-resolution image
- The slide will need to link to a page providing more information about the slide
