This course covers in detail the certification and construction standards that should be used in experimental aircraft. Specific areas of instructional emphasis will include: all-metal aircraft, composite aircraft, tubular frame and fabric aircraft, and experimental engines and propellers. The course is intended for the Federal Aviation Administration Flight Standards Inspectors, National Transportation Safety Board investigators, and the flight standards and investigative personnel of other national governments including applicable support personnel of all mentioned. The training will be held at the Experimental Aircraft Association Building in Oshkosh, Wi.
