Responsible for developing and implementing medical requirements into the Fort Stewart Mobilization Plan, Power Projection Platform, and Winn Army Community Hospital (Winn ACH) Mobilization Plan. Receives, reviews, and analyzes all guidance, policies, and publications from higher headquarters, relating to mobilization matters, to include deployment of Active Component (COMPO 1) and mobilization of Reserve Component (COMPO 2 and 3) units scheduled to mobilize at Fort Stewart during selective, partial, full or total mobilization.


Reviews and analyses all Winn ACH mobilization plans to ensure compliance with established policy, attainment of objectives, and program effectiveness. Provides advice on unusual problems and recommends actions necessary to meet mobilization requirements within functional areas of responsibility.


Plans and conducts studies (i.e., Hospital Capacity) on capabilities (personnel, facilities, equipment, etc.) of Winn in support of established mobilization requirements. Prepares documents for mobilization activity representatives requesting necessary data determined to be needed in conducting their studies. Coordinates with other agencies on the installation, Southern Regional Medical Command (SRMC), Medical Command (MEDCOM), First U.S. Army, Forces Command (FORSCOM), other Major Commands (MACOM’s), Reserve Components units, and civilian agencies on matters of mobilization, and Reserve Affairs.
