Location

The U.S. Consulate General in Dubai is located at the Corner of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road and Al Seef Road, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE

From Abu Dhabi – Take Sheikh Zayed Road towards Dubai and pass the Trade Center Roundabout. Take Exit 55 towards Karama keeping to the left lane and exit on D84 Bur Dubai/ Ruler’s Court. Continue straight and make a left turn at the 3rd stop light. Continue until you reach Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road; the Consulate General will be on your right.

From the Trade Center Roundabout- Take D73 Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road to Al Seef Road. The Consulate General will be on your right by Dubai Creek.

Via Metro – Khalid Bin Al Waleed Metro Station. Exit station and walk north 2 blocks on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road to Al Seef Road. The Consulate General will be on your right by Dubai Creek.

ACS Appointment System

The American Citizen Services section will be closed for all routine services on Dec. 24, 25, 26, 31, Jan. 1, 2.  If you have an urgent request, please send an email to DubaiWarden@state.gov and we will reply promptly.  ACS public phone hours are on business days from 8:00-10:00, please call 04-309-4000.

If you have an emergency after hours, on the weekend or on a holiday, please call 04-309-4000 and ask for the Duty Officer.

In an effort to provide the most efficient service, the American Citizens Services section at the U.S. Consulate General in Dubai has moved to an appointment system for routine services.  Please schedule an appointment online at https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/default.asp?postcode=DUB&appcode=1.  Once you have made an appointment, a confirmation page will appear on your screen.  Please print the confirmation page and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.

NO APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES.
