Marines of U.S. Embassy Tunis and INPE administrators stand in front of the Toys for Tots donation
On January 8, Marines from U.S. Embassy Tunis donated dozens of new toys to children from the Institut National de Protection de L’Enfance in Manouba as part of its annual Toys for Tots program.
Marine Security Guard detachments around the world contribute to this cause with local toy drives at U.S. Embassies during the holiday season. Marine Detachments seek out places such as children’s hospitals and orphanages to distribute these toys to children in need. Through these gifts, the Marines seek to bring a little extra hope and happiness to children everywhere.
