400 exhibitors, VIPs, politicians as well as written and televised media were present when U.S. Ambassador to Denmark Laurie S. Fulton opened Scandinavia’s busiest consumer travel show “Ferie for Alle” at a grandiose opening ceremony in MCH in Herning February 25, 2011.
As the Official Partner Destination for the first time in the fair’s 13-year history, all eyes were on the United States generating invaluable PR attention to the U.S. exhibitors from California, Florida, Oregon, New York and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The U.S. Embassy was also an exhibitor at Ferie For Alle, counseling consumers on all aspects of traveling to the United States.
Ferie For Alle had a record-high attendance of 66,112 consumers.
