Adding extra pages
You may apply for extra pages by mail or in person at the Embassy. If applying by mail, processing can take up two weeks. If applying in person, processing time is two or three working days.
If you wish to apply in person please make an appointment and select the service called, "Apply for a U.S. passport for the first time". Please read this important security information before your visit.
Application in person; please submit:
- Your passport
- A completed and signed application form DS-4085.
- The fee of $82.00 (NOK 490) payable in cash or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Novus/Discover, Diners and Visa/MasterCard or Purchasing cards.
Application by mail; send the following:
- Your passport
- A completed and signed application form DS-4085.
- The fee of NOK 490. Please send a bankremisse, available at any Norwegian bank, payable to the U.S. Embassy.
- A medium size, self-addressed, stamped envelope with NOK 100 in stamps. We will send your passport to you via registered mail. SmartPost envelopes, padded envelopes, and pre-paid envelopes are not accepted.
