Visa Appointments from other states

Applicants may apply at any consulate within Mexico or the embassy in Mexico City.  We recommend scheduling your appointment well in advance of your travel plans, keeping in mind appointment wait times.  The visa section is closed on holidays and demand is higher during the months preceding Christmas, Easter and the summer travel season.

Visa Application Form DS-160

The visa application form DS-160 is required for all nonimmigrant visa applicants.  The interactive online DS-160 simplifies the visa application process.  The U.S. State Department's Bureau of Consular Affairs developed the web-based DS-160 application to improve the likelihood of accurately collecting required information the first time, thereby saving applicants a return-trip to the Consulate because of incomplete or inaccurate information they entered on the previous nonimmigrant visa application form.

Visa Pickup

Successful applicants must pick up their visas within one month of delivery to the DHL location chosen on the original application. After one month, packages will be returned to the Applicant Service Center.
