Binational Cultural Center
The Instituto Cultural Mexicano Norteamericano is a non-profit organization devoted to teach English as a foreign language. We teach Spanish to foreigners in Guadalajara. Our objective is to promote cultural relationships between Mexico and the U.S.A. The ICMNJ is also host to the EducationUSA advising center in Guadalajara.

Benjamin Franklin Library
The Library was established to promote friendship and understanding between Mexico and the United States by providing access to information on their bilateral relationship.
